Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused
• Be in the same condition that you received them
• Be returned in the original packaging
Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, washing, or wear not caused by us will not be eligible for a refund.
Crafty Cue reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Products
Many Crafty Cue products are custom or personalized, including items with:
• names
• dates
• photos
• custom text
• custom themes or designs
Because these products are made specifically for each order:
Custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing their order.
This includes verifying:
• spelling
• dates
• uploaded photos
• personalization instructions
Orders are produced exactly as submitted by the customer at checkout.
Crafty Cue is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
Customer Input Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all information submitted for their order is accurate.
This includes:
• names
• dates
• spelling
• photos
• personalization instructions
Crafty Cue will produce items exactly as entered by the customer and is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer input.
Photo Upload Responsibility
For products requiring photo uploads:
Customers must ensure photos are:
• clear
• high resolution
• properly oriented
• the correct photo for the order
Crafty Cue prints photos exactly as uploaded.
We are not responsible for poor image quality caused by:
• low resolution images
• blurry photos
• screenshots
• improperly cropped images
Photo Approval Waiver
By submitting a photo for a custom product, customers confirm that:
• they have permission to use the image
• they have reviewed the image before submitting it
• the photo is correct for their order
Crafty Cue is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, low-quality, or unintended photos submitted by the customer.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Event Date Responsibility
Customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to allow time for both production and shipping before their event date.
Crafty Cue is not responsible for orders arriving after an event due to late ordering or shipping carrier delays.
We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any event or party date.
Production Time Acknowledgment
Many Crafty Cue products are made to order.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the processing time listed on the product page before shipping occurs.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the claim and provide a replacement if the error was caused by us.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Crafty Cue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:
• check with neighbors
• check with household members
• contact their local post office
• contact the shipping carrier
If theft is suspected, customers may file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays.
Delivery dates provided by USPS, UPS, or FedEx are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Crafty Cue is not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• weather
• holidays
• high shipping volume
• carrier operational delays
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped:
• Crafty Cue is not responsible for lost packages
• customers may need to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment
Returned Packages
Packages returned due to:
• incorrect addresses
• unclaimed packages
• delivery refusal
• failed delivery attempts
may require additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• processing time typically takes 3–7 business days
Actual posting time depends on the customer's bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Customers must contact us before returning any item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using tracked shipping when returning items.
Crafty Cue cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
